Done for a long-time client, this scope included a full interior repaint with partial exterior work. Both were executed with meticulous care to ensure the highest caliber finish throughout. New drywall finishes were installed on the walls and ceilings, then fully primed and painted. Existing doors and windows were made to look brand new.

Montecito Ranch Wallpaper Install

This small powder room was already painted and had to be sanded and then primed so that it was ready for wallpaper. We then installed this very fancy gold leaf effect wallpaper that the owner supplied. The priming took one half day and the install took one half day, done on separate days. Simply stunning!

This drywall was popping at the seams! And there was a horrible wood bulletin board that needed to be removed. We skim coated the wall, primed and painted. We also re-coated the wood beams on the ceiling while we were at it.
