Purple Painting repainted the inside of a two bedroom, two bath Santa Barbara home and its attached studio ADU: spot primed drywall, walls, ceilings, baseboards, interior doors and cabinetry, all in one colour. Outside we painted the fascia on the house and the ADU, a metal panel and the entry porch ceiling.

A two bedroom, two bath Santa Barbara home with an attached studio ADU got a full interior prime and paint. We spot primed the drywall and gave the walls, ceilings, baseboards, interior doors and cabinetry two coats, in one colour throughout, with flat paint in the common areas, eggshell in the wet areas and satin on the doors, baseboards and window sills.
Outside, we painted the fascia on the house and the ADU in two coats, primed and painted the metal panel to match the eaves, and prepped and painted the entry porch ceiling. The photos show the ADU entry, the black-painted door jamb against the white stucco, the drywall rooms ready for paint and the ADU's bare framing before the drywall went up.

Get the drywall paint-ready
The drywall was dusted and primed with a PVA wall sealer, pole sanded, and every corner and void caulked, then confirmed ready for paint.

Paint walls and ceilings
Two coats on all walls and ceilings: flat in the common areas and eggshell in the wet areas.
