An exterior repaint for a Santa Barbara home, with its backyard deck and the steps down to the stone patio brought back at the same time. We pressure washed the exterior and cleared the debris, then prepped the plaster body, primed it and painted it with two coats. The eaves and fascia were patched, sanded and caulked at the gaps and joints, then repainted.
In the back, the deck and its benches were sanded and stained, and so was the wood fence. The plaster steps between the deck and the patio were patched and painted, and the front and side entry doors were part of the scope.
