A powder room on Santa Barbara's Westside got a bold wall: a deep navy painted in a premium high-gloss enamel. The finish is mirror-like, which deepens and enriches the colour, and the enamel is durable and washable, which suits a powder room. The wall had been plain white; the framed tile panel, the sink and the navy floor tile were left as they were.
