A full exterior repaint of a single-storey home on the Riviera in Santa Barbara. We pressure washed the house and hardscapes, patched the stucco on the barbecue where it had failed, and then painted the stucco house walls and perimeter pony walls, the wood siding gables, the wood tongue-and-groove eaves and fascia boards, the wood French windows and shutters, the French doors and transoms, the wood thresholds and the wrought iron railings. The prefinished garage door was left out of the scope.
The finished house has white trim and chimney, a gray-taupe stucco body, navy shutters and a navy front door with lattice glass.

Pressure wash
The house and the hardscapes were pressure washed.

Patch failed stucco
Stucco at the barbecue that had failed was patched.

Paint the stucco and pony walls
The stucco house walls and the perimeter pony walls were painted.

Paint the wood
The wood siding gables, tongue-and-groove eaves and fascia boards, French windows, shutters, French doors, transoms and thresholds were painted.
