We repainted the interior of this Santa Barbara home, changing the walls from beige to a soft warm white. The walls got two coats, and the ceilings, which kept their colour, got one.
New arches had been installed, so we removed the baseboards where the arches went in, patched the areas around the floor where the removal left damage, and rolled primer over every new and existing patch to add some texture. The living room smoke detector was removed and its holes patched. Hallway, living room, dining room, laundry room, kitchen and foyer were all painted, and a bathroom was added at no charge at the customer's request.
