A two-storey home with a tile roof, wood siding and stucco walls, repainted outside from top to bottom. We painted the siding and stucco walls, the soffits and rafters, the fascia, the doors and frames, and the trellises, beams, posts, corbels and guardrails, and re-stained the wood garage doors.
We pressure washed the house exterior and the entryways, spot primed as needed and gave every surface two coats of finish paint. Walls and soffits got an exterior acrylic; the trim, fascia, corbels, posts, guardrails, trellises and the rear gate got a urethane trim enamel.
How we did it

Pressure wash
The house exterior and the hardscape entryways were pressure washed and the debris cleaned up.

Spot prime
Bare spots were spot primed where needed before painting.

Paint the body and overhangs
Two finish coats on the siding and masonry stucco walls, the soffits and rafters, and the fascia.

Paint the doors, frames and trim
Two finish coats on the wood doors and frames, corbels, guardrails, posts, beams, the front and rear trellises and the rear gate.

Re-stain the garage doors
The wood garage doors were set to be re-stained where possible, or converted to paint if the stain could not be saved.

Finish the extras
The metal driveway railing and rusty fence posts were prepped, primed and painted, and the side gate, side fence, back deck, steps and railings were coated in a semi-solid stain.
