Pre-listing and pre-sale repaints
Dated colours turned into a clean, neutral backdrop for buyers. A Santa Barbara condo had its yellow walls converted to an off-white flat before it was sold; a Goleta house had its wallpaper removed, the walls skim coated and the dark panelling painted before it was listed.

Touch-ups before photos and open houses
Punch lists done in days, billed by the hour: screw holes patched, cracks repaired, closet doors and trim touched up. For one agent, a round of extra touch-ups took three days. Condos in Goleta have been touched up throughout, matched to their original paint, before they went on the market.

Kitchen cabinets and trim
Stained cabinets converted to paint grade and painted inside and out, wainscoting and doors finished in enamel, new baseboard and casings painted in.

Pressure washing, eaves and fascia, front entry doors, and plaster patched and painted outside, so the first photo looks as good as the rest.
