An interior repaint of a primary suite in Goleta. The bedroom walls changed from gray to a warm colour, including the wall that had been planned for wallpaper, and the ceiling went a lighter shade of the same colour. The walk-in closet and the bathroom walls and ceilings were repainted too.
Each room got spot primer and two coats in a velvet (eggshell) finish. The baseboards and trim were painted in a satin finish, with the bedroom entry and bathroom doors painted on the room side only and the pocket door and its casing painted on both sides. The cubby interiors in the closet were masked, not painted, and floors, furniture, the vanity and the shower glass were protected throughout.
