bedroom and walk-in closet walls
A bedroom in a Goleta home had pink walls and a closet door with paint peeling off near the bottom. We repainted the walls in a soft warm white.
The walls were spot primed where they had been patched and painted in two coats. On the closet door we scraped off the loose paint, sanded it smooth and put a bonding primer on the bare area so the new paint would stick, then painted both sides of the door and its frame in two coats. A change order added the inside of the walk-in closet: the walls were spot primed and painted in two coats of the same warm white, and the textured ceiling got one coat of flat white. The work was cleaned up daily, with a final walkthrough with the homeowner.
