Two jobs for one Santa Barbara home. Inside, we primed and painted the red accent wall around the living room fireplace white, painted walls in the front bedroom, dining and living rooms and the master bath, removed blinds and patched the drywall under the stairway, and made small repairs the owners asked for along the way.
A second phase covered the lower house: bedroom, staircase, living room and kitchen walls, the exterior of the front door with a filler repair, the downstairs bath vanity, doors and trim, and the staircase pickets, which were stained to match. The weathered gray decks, the front lower deck, the upper second-storey deck, the steps and upstairs landing and, by change order, the back deck, were refinished in a red-brown stain.
