Kit Peterson Real Estate is the Santa Barbara team of the realtor Kit Peterson of Berkshire Hathaway and her partner Sue Irwin. Purple Painting has painted six homes for Kit since 2023, most of them while she was getting them ready for sale.
The work runs from a face lift for a Montecito condo before it was sold, its yellow walls converted to an off-white flat and the trim, doors and cabinets touched up, to a Goleta house whose kitchen cabinets we painted inside and out, with the living room wainscoting and bedroom walls, before it went on the market.
For Sue Irwin we repaired the cracks in a Santa Barbara home, including one above the kitchen doorway, and repainted the walls, ceilings, doors and trim inside.
