Purple Painting painted the brick exterior of the Ventura County Credit Union branch in Camarillo, for the general contractor Schipper Construction. The brick walls and site brick piers were painted white, and the pier at the entrance went yellow in semi-gloss.
The aluminum storefront window systems were prepped and painted inside and outside: glass masked, surfaces scuff sanded, a high-adhesion metal primer, then two sprayed coats for a smooth finish. The existing wood soffits were prepared and stained with a semi-solid stain to suit the existing color, and the roof fascia was painted.
The scope also included the monument sign, the trash enclosure and fence. Closing out, we primed and painted new brick at the trash enclosure and the touch-ups where new concrete was poured, painted the bike rack and a concrete trash can, and patched, primed and painted the sign holes in the west exterior wall. We also painted the interior of the branch.
