Casitas de la Riviera, Santa Barbara: Exterior, Interior and Entry Door

Purple Painting has done three separate jobs at Casitas de la Riviera, a community in Santa Barbara. The first was for the Casitas de la Riviera Homeowners Association: we primed and repainted all of the unsealed, integral exterior stucco on both buildings of the community, perimeter walls included, in eight phases.

We also repainted the interior of one of the homes there, patching and priming first, then painting the walls, ceilings, doors and trim. As part of the same job we restored the arched teak entry door, repairing the split and rotted wood and refinishing it in two coats of red-brown.
