How we did it
-
Prime the new drywall
The new drywall walls were primed before the tile and acoustic panels went in.
-
Paint new walls and ceilings
The new gypsum board walls and ceilings were painted in the new offices.
Product Sherwin-Williams ProMar 200, eggshell on walls, flat on ceilings
-
Paint the listening rooms
The listening rooms got their own darker colour on the walls.
-
Paint the new doors and frames
The new hollow metal doors and frames were painted in a semi-gloss industrial acrylic, along with the paint-grade wood doors.
-
Convert the accent walls to white
Accent walls on both floors were primed and given two coats to turn them white, and gray ceilings in several rooms were repainted white. Scaffolding was set up at the staircases to reach the tall walls.
-
Prime exposed copper and conduit
Exposed copper and conduit on the R&D benching wall were primed before painting.
