A full exterior repaint of a two-storey Craftsman-style office complex on West Mission Street, for The Orden Company. Before any paint went on, we pressure washed the building and cleared the debris, masked everything that wasn't being painted, patched and spot primed the damaged wood, and caulked the open gaps and joints. Everything was then finished in two coats of exterior flat paint, in the existing colours.
The scope covered the shingles and siding on the body of the building, the tongue-and-groove eaves, the window and door casements, fascia boards and columns, every door and frame, and the front monument sign, plus the trash enclosure and the curbs in the parking area. Damaged shingles were replaced, and once the prep was under way we also repaired extra wood rot found throughout the building.
