We are painting the tenant improvement at the SBCC Cosmetology building on Anacapa Street now, all three levels of it. Three more Smith MEP jobs are lined up: the EOPS refurbishment at the SBCC Student Services Center, a mechanical room in the UCSB Music Building, and three rooms on the third floor of the UCSB University Center.
