A Hope Ranch Home: Bathroom Cabinets, Built-Ins and a Purple Door

Purple Painting has worked in this Hope Ranch home several times, both times with the designer Andrea Schumacher Interiors. The first job converted a stain-grade bathroom vanity to paint grade, primed with a shellac primer and sprayed in a high gloss navy blue.

The second was a guest bathroom: new cabinets sprayed in a high gloss finish, with a burgundy ceiling and white door casings and trim.

The home's living room built-in shelves and desk were painted dark, and its double front door was shade-matched to the purple of the jacaranda that blooms around the house.
