Sierra Property Group manages rentals in Isla Vista and Santa Barbara. Purple Painting has turned more than 50 of its Isla Vista units between tenants since 2024, and we have done its turnover cleaning as well as the painting.
Each unit’s scope is written up room by room: baseboards recoated, walls patched and painted complete or touched up, kitchen, hallway and bedroom cabinets, bathroom ceilings, doors and trim. Most units have taken between four and sixteen hours of painting.
Outside the June turns we have repainted full apartment interiors and repaired stucco in Santa Barbara, patched and painted duplex entry doors and frames, and hung and painted drywall.
